The A/C helps me to get in some good workouts

When I started working out at the gym, I always was stiff and sore afterwards. I definitely was thankful that the gym had a good climate control system. They kept the temperature control settings just right with plenty of A/C. I think that’s one of the main reasons why I decided to join that particular gym. I checked out a few other gyms, but none of the others had such great air quality and enough air conditioning. I was really pumped up when I first started working out at this place, and I may have overdid myself just a little bit. I really have to keep up with a certain workout schedule with my exercises so that I am not killing myself. Everytime I go back home, I have to adjust the temperature control settings so that there is a ton of A/C to help me relax with my sore muscles. I typically take a shower at the gym before I come back home, so I don’t feel hot and sweaty on the way back home. I learned that by taking more protein, I am able to ease the amount of soreness I get. In time, I know that I won’t be nearly as sore all the time, it’s mostly just my muscles getting used to these intense workouts. I think if their A/C wasn’t so great in the gym, I probably wouldn’t be able to workout so much. They say no pain, no gain, so I’m glad that I’m getting really tired and sore because I know when I recover, I will be ripped!
