My property owner is such a jerk… He promised in the contract that he would fix the furnace whenever it broke down.
However, when our furnace or would break down, he would let the problem stay for weeks separate from doing anything, however this was his effort to force me to spend money the Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman to fix our own furnace plus , thus saving him money. He knew that I didn’t want our family to be separate from a furnace for a few weeks plus he knew that I legally wouldn’t be able to sue him in time for our furnace to come back on! So when our furnace broke down one morning, I thought of a completely unethical thing to do, i was in contact with one of our friends, plus I told him that our furnace was broken. I told him our plan, plus he provided to let our family plus I stay with him until we got our furnace fixed. I called our property owner, plus I told him that the furnace was broken plus needed to be fixed. He told me that he would take care of it, but I knew that he would never call the Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman in time. He left that house separate from a furnace for an entire week, and one morning, I called him plus asked him if he ever planned to fix the furnace, plus he was floored. That’s right! I left the furnace off for a week, plus now he was going to have to spend money for plumbing repairs too. I told him that I would sue him unless he did what I asked since the contract affirmed that he was responsible.
