I moved into this neighborhood some time ago.

I was bringing boxes into the house one day, and this man came out to bring a nice cold glass of water to me. He welcomed myself and others into the neighborhood, telling myself and others where are the best shops for anything I needed. He was so helpful! That was when I had just settled into this up-to-date location, too. I routinely visited him after the move, and we had a true friendship in no time. Thanks to all of his kind recommendations, I settled in quickly to identify the best Heating and Cooling contractor in town! I was so thrilled with the Heating plus A/C contractor, which he had recommended. It was time to pay him back for his kindness, so I wanted a little extra work on the side from the HVAC guys. I had noticed that this neighbor’s A/C unit was not running quite well a little while ago, as we all could hear the A/C unit running from across the street! When I went over to visit him a few days ago, there was pretty poor air quality in his place. It did not feel like the air conditioning system was running as it should, and I felt he ran on a tight budget and couldn’t afford a tune up. So, I figured that he was trying to ignore the low-quality indoor air. Using the Heating plus A/C contractor, we had the cooling system replaced while he was visiting with friends out of town!
