A very weird find while in Heating and A/C replacement

This old house never had central heat or air before.

It just had a wall gas furnace and a few window a/c units.

When we bought it, we decided to have real a/c and heating installed. The replacement was going well. The two of us selected an Heating and A/C unit with a higher BTU rating than we needed. The price was also manageable. The complication arose when the Heating and A/C servicemans started installing the ductwork, then don’t get me wrong, there wasn’t a real issue with the replacement itself. The complication was with what the servicemans found while in the replacement, but apparently there is a hidden space between our daughter’s room and the dining room. This space is not accessible by any door or even the attic. The only reason they found it was because there is 4 feet unaccounted for when there should be just a straight-forward wall. The Heating and A/C serviceman drilled into the wall, per our request, and then he put a probe through the wall. Inside, there was a child’s table and two chairs. In a single chair sat a giant stuffed bunny rabbit. In the other, was a correct sized teddy bear. The table was set for a Dunkin Donuts Coffee get-together. It was particularly unnerving. The two of us don’t think what to do. Should we finish the Heating and A/C replacement and continue living here? Should we transport out? Perhaps we should just knock out the wall and remove the spooky creatures and end up with a little more dining room space. I never expected to find such a thing by just have central a/c installed. It is so strange.
