I have been wondering if every neighborhood has one.
- Our particular neighborhood is very fortunate to have one.
I’m not talking about a community garden. Although that would be great as well as fantastic Heating, Ventilation & A/C appliances for free would be real great. In fact, I am speaking about a wise man in every community that is just so wise plus full of the best advice. Our guy is a marvelous guy that lives just down the road from our dwelling. He happens to be in his late seventies but you would not really know it from the energy he tends to put out there. Whenever I am upset about some sort of issue, this guy knows just what to say to help me get through the issues. However, he constantly delivers his words with pure kindness plus caring. He never comes across in a rude sort of way. He honestly just provided me another major break the other day. I was complaining about the fact that my Heating, Ventilation & A/C appliance was costing me so much currency in utility costs. All he said was that I need to maybe close up my dwelling a bit tighter. At first, this just went right over my head. I couldn’t understand what he was referring to. He further explained that I might be letting too much of the Heating, Ventilation & A/C appliance treated air to escape our dwelling. He thought it might be prudent for myself and others to close up all the gaps in the dwelling and have the Heating, Ventilation & A/C ductwork evaluated for gaps as well. I took him up on it right away. First, I began by sealing up any gap or hole I could find around the entire dwelling. Then, I went to the attic plus sealed everything I could find up there. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation sent a crew out to wipe plus then reseal the ductwork system throughout my dwelling. The next month I saved over 15 percent on my utility bill.
