I do wonder if every neighborhood has one.

I’m not talking about a community garden either. Although that & great Heating & Air Conditioning machines for free would be wonderful. In fact, I am speaking about that single person in every community that is just so wise & full of remarkable advice. Our person is an appealing older lady that lives just down the road from our residence. She is in her late seventies but you would not be able to tell from the energy she displays. Whenever I am concerned about some sort of problem, this person knows just what to say to help me through. However, she consistently delivers her words with total kindness & caring. She never comes across in a know it all sort of way. She legitimately just gave me another huge lift the other afternoon. I was whining about the fact that our Heating & Air Conditioning machine was costing me so much money in utility costs. All she said was that I need to maybe close up our lake residence a bit tighter. At first, this just went right over my head. I couldn’t understand what she was referring to. She further explained that I might be letting too much of the Heating & Air Conditioning treated air to escape our residence. She thought it might be important for me to close up all the gaps in the residence and have the Heating & Air Conditioning ductwork diagnosed for gaps on top of that. I took her up on it. First, I began by sealing up every single gap or hole I could find around the entire residence. Then, I went to the attic & sealed everything I could find there. The Heating & Air Conditioning machine company sent a crew out to wipe & then reseal the air ducts throughout our residence. The next month I saved 15 percent on our utility bill.
