it's fine except for the humidity

My spouse, Gray, & I moved south about four years ago.

The people I was with and I both actually grew up in the north, so the people I was with and I did not particularly know exactly what the people I was with and I were getting ourselves into when we moved.

There are genuinely pros & cons of both, but I must say that I miss the weather up north the most. The people here are easily kind, & I can tell you that I particularly like the southern hospitality. It is just the daily humidity that I particularly do not like. Humidity is not fun at all. I can generally deal with the heat most of the time, however the humidity always gets me I make me suffer. The people I was with and I have cooling system situated in our condo that works easily well, however it does not properly reach the laundry room or upstairs bathroom easily well. It gets easily hot and humid in those several rooms, & I spend quite a bit of my daily time in the laundry room. I genuinely just close off the upstairs bathroom most of the time while I was in the summer time months because of exactly how humid it gets in there, but I cannot do that with the family laundry room of course. The dryer does not help with the humidity, so instead I decided to buy a dehumidifier last year just to see if it would help. It genuinely works and collects a lot of moisture out of the air. It still feels humid in there, so I know I will just have to live with having a humid laundry room for now.
