My spouse & I obtained a beautiful condo for ourselves several years ago.
The condo is a lot larger than any other condo that the people I was with and I ever owned before, & of course the people I was with and I never particularly pictured ourselves residing in such a substantial house. The people I was with and I ended up buying it for ourselves because of how beautiful it is & how beautiful the large piece of property that it is built on is. It came with several acres of land & several private ponds. I particularly care about our house. The people I was with and I even got a particularly wonderful deal on it because the existing central cooling system system was broken when the people I was with and I first obtained it. The people I was with and I did not plan on getting it fixed right away because the people I was with and I had always just used small window units, & they kept our other condo quite comfortable most of the time while I was in the summer time months. This condo was too sizable to continue to just use window units to cool it, & the people I was with and I did not honestly realize that until the people I was with and I tried it. The people I was with and I had installed several window units going downstairs, & it was still particularly warm in many parts of the house. No matter how cool I set the temperature controls on the multiple a/cs, the downstairs never cooled down enough. Upstairs was even worse, because hot air rises. The people I was with and I only had one a/c up there, & it definitely only cooled down our living room. The people I was with and I eventually realized quite abruptly that the people I was with and I needed to finally get the central cooling system system fixed. The condo is finally comfortable while I was in the summer time months.
