It wasn’t too long ago when some of my best buddies decided to move up north to go to school.
I miss them all the time and I am always calling them up.
It was funny that they actually wanted me to go up north to attend school up there as well, but I didn’t think I could deal with the frosty climate in the winter season. So I decided to visit to see how everybody was doing and to hang out and enjoy the company of my buddies. I couldn’t believe how cold and miserable it was. It was crazy because my buddies all seemed to be miserable in the cold climate as well, but they were adjusting to it. They had multiple heating sources too with a gas furnace and a fireplace. It was really nice sitting in front of the fireplace, that’s something that I would never have to use in the South though. I asked everybody if they were tired of the cold yet. They said they didn’t enjoy the cold weather admittedly and having to rely on so many heating sources, but they wanted to just finish school and then come back home to the South. Of course I was going to continue to visit them but they had to come back down south to visit me as well. I would rather them come visit me to be honest because I can’t deal with all that cold weather. The snow is way too much for me to deal with and I really don’t like shoveling snow and scraping ice off my car.
