I never thought that I would ever want to leave where I lived.
I lived here my entire life and my parents lived in their home from the time they got married until the died.
I thought I would enjoy doing the same thing. My wife and I bought our home when we got married and we lived there until our kids were grown and moved out. We worried that we would end up in a nursing home if something happened to us. We knew that we had some profit in our home so we decided we were going to sell the house and move into an apartment. We would no longer have the responsibility of a home or the HVAC system. I had to admit that I was kind of tired of watching for the HvAC company to come in and service either the furnace or the air conditioning unit.
