Housing market in this town is ridiculous.
For about a year I have been trying to buy our own home, & frankly, I can’t make it happen. As soon as the home is listed, it is sold. If you are not independently wealthy & resting on a bank load of money, you have no opportunity at securing a property in this venue. As such, I finally given up on our beach house buying a dream & decided to rent with some friends until I can figure something else out. I am not a giant fan of the rental home market around here, either. It is equally corrupt & difficult. That’s why, you have to be highly motivated. These days, I recognize like I am holding up all of our rental home possibilities because I have too several standards when it comes to one particular area of living. I am obsessed with high-quality indoor air & air temperature control. Air quality entirely doesn’t bother our roommates as much, although I work from home. Therefore, whatever air is contained inside of the beach house is going to be filling our lungs all day long. Furthermore, I hate trying to work when I am uncomfortable with drafts or uneven temperatures. I dislike to continually adjust the temperature control because it is lavish & eats up our time. I absolutely want to find a rental beach house that has been replaced with a modern heating & cooling system. That way, the two of us are not over spending on energy & the air quality will be nothing to sneeze at. I hope the two of us can find a good rental spot; so far I haven’t seen a single property with our dream Heating & A/C system.
