I will not settle; holding up rental with Heating, Ventilation and A/C questions

Housing market in this town is ridiculous. For about a year I have been trying to buy our own home, and frankly, I can’t make it happen. As soon as the house is listed, it is sold. If you aren’t independently wealthy and resting on a bank load of currency, you have no chance at securing a property in this place. As such, I finally given up on our loft buying a dream and decided to rent with some friends until I can figure something else out. I am not a huge fan of the rental house market around here, either. It is equally corrupt and difficult. That’s why, you have to be highly motivated. These nights, I believe appreciate I am holding up all of our rental house chances because I have too many standards when it comes to a single particular area of living. I am obsessed with high-quality indoor air and air temperature control. Air quality really doesn’t bother our roommates as much, but I labor from home. Therefore, whatever air is contained inside of the loft is going to be filling our lungs all day long. Furthermore, I do not like trying to labor when I am uncomfortable with drafts or uneven temperatures. I do not appreciate to continually adjust the temperature control because it is pricey and eats up our time. I actually want to find a rental loft that has been replaced with a current heating and cooling system. That way, all of us aren’t over spending on energy and the air quality will be nothing to sneeze at. I hope all of us can find a great rental spot; so far I haven’t seen a single property with our dream Heating, Ventilation and A/C system.
