I have the most humid house on earth it seems like.
I have no idea why my house gets so humid, but it does almost the entire summer, fall, and spring. Winter is the only time of year that I don’t have to worry about my house being super humid. I have a central air conditioning system which you would think would take care of the moisture, but it does not do a very good job. I am sure that if I did not have air conditioning at all, it would be much worse, so I am thankful to at least have some type of air conditioning in my house. I actually called an HVAC technician a few years ago to come out and check out my air conditioner. They could not find anything wrong with it. They said that it seemed to be running in tip top shape. They had no explanation for why my house is so humid. I was sort of upset that I had to pay for an HVAC company to come over just to tell me that there was nothing wrong with my air conditioner. I have been using three dehumidifiers in my house for the past few years because that is the only way that I can manage all of this humidity. I am so sick of emptying the dehumidifiers. It is truly a pain to have to empty them every single day. I could probably empty them twice a day, that is how bad it is. I am thinking about moving just because of this humidity issue. I am not sure yet, but I am seriously considering it.
