Converted the space to heated floors

I was so excited to update the outdoor lanai.

The lanai is linked to the home however was a screened in area.

This was so you can think like you were outside however not get hit with rain, however, the rain would fall into the lanai and so would dirt. I got so sick of cleaning the floor and battling water complications that I just decided to maintenance it up. I took out all the screens and updated them with large windows. The door to the outside world was taken out and I changed the stone flooring with heated flooring. I figured that while I was taking everything out, it would be self-explanatory to put electric mats in. The radiant heating I thought would be good in the winter. I could sit out there and watch the chilly breeze whip around. The heated flooring would keep myself and others hot and I could like some sizzling chocolate. Well, the radiant heating system is super good to have in the winter. The windows don’t bother myself and others and neither does the lack of airflow. It is the summertime heat that kills myself and others now with the lanai. The windows let in the sun and it feels like being under a magnifying glass. It is so sizzling in the lanai and separate from the screens, no natural breeze is coming in. I don’t have any form of cooling either. So I just sweat to death the entire time I am in there. I don’t have any outlet to hook up any window A/C either. The outdoor lanai is only able to be used half the year.
