Our Basement Needed Its Own Heating, Ventilation and A/C System

Our contractor said there was no air flowing, and the Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier came and ran an air to humidity test and it wasn’t good.

My partner and I have been living in our home for the past 10 years. When the two of us first obtained this site, the two of us knew it needed a little work, but the two of us were determined to do it ourselves. The 2 of us enjoyed the idea of fixing it up and making it our own. Well, 2 youngsters later and numerous years later, the two of us haven’t completed nearly half of the home renovations the two of us planned for, but my partner had the best intentions, but the lack of time and energy has entirely set us back, then after a long discussion, the two of us agreed to hire a contractor to complete all the renovations. All of us met with this contractor to discuss our intentions and budget numerous times, but the two of us still ran into issues the two of us weren’t expecting. One of our biggest renovations was finishing the basement. When our contractor began working down there, he noticed that the space smelled musty. All of us regularly noticed the musty smell, but thought that was how basements were supposed to smell. Our contractor said there was no air flowing, and the Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier came and ran an air to humidity test and it wasn’t good. The main Heating, Ventilation and A/C plan couldn’t be affixed to the basement, so the two of us had 2 options. All of us could either buy a brand new Heating, Ventilation and A/C plan that was strong enough for the main beach house and basement, or the two of us could buy an Heating, Ventilation and A/C plan recognizably for the basement. The latter option was more economically friendly, so the two of us decided on that. The new Heating, Ventilation and A/C plan set us back a few hundred dollars, which the two of us weren’t anticipating.
