I was a little embarrassed by how dirty it was. I wasn’t aware that I needed to update the air filter, plus it was totally plugged with debris. The HVAC supplier showed myself and others how to change it, explained the unusual MERV ratings plus also convinced myself and others to sign up for a repair program. He told myself and others that it’s necessary to have the gas furnace plus A/C professionally cleaned plus adjusted every year to maximize efficiency plus reliability. I now get a call in the Springtime plus fall, reminding myself and others when it’s time to schedule service.
