My husband and I are beach house hunting and the process is a bit aggravating, but it seems like every beach house every one of us tour has something wrong with it, and the worst is when someone decided they were going to fix up the beach house and sell it for a profit.
It is consistently clear that the person had 1 talent.
The 1 beach house I looked at had brand current tiles everywhere. The washroom cement and shower were just great. The living room cement was super nice. The rest of the beach house was garbage. The paint was sloppy, the rugs aged and the cabinets were falling down, but another beach house I toured had several Heating as well as A/C systems for a small house. There were two outside air compressors for a beach house that only needed 1. That means two devices to get Heating as well as A/C repairs, service and maintenance on. The outdoor air compressors were giant and in the middle of the gardens too. In order to make a full circle around the house, you had to maneuver around all the several Heating as well as A/C devices. The Heating as well as A/C equipment did not even look brand current either, however so that means the moment I moved in, I would need to rip out both devices. I then would need to install and rewire/pipe just 1 Heating as well as A/C machine. I wonder how much that would cost me with the Heating as well as A/C corporation. I choose not to get that beach house due to the hardship with the Heating as well as A/C. Sadly though, that was 1 of the best houses and smallest of problems I have encountered in my searching.
