Staying at home, breathing easy

I’m absolutely not accustomed to this whole plan of just being stuck inside the Heating plus A/C security of my tiny little apartment for so much time. While I like my apartment as well as I like the obvious fact that it has great Heating plus A/C and no other humans, I would like to see some other things as well as alternative locales. But, staying inside the Heating plus A/C comfort of my little apartment is at least doing something to stop the spread of this extremely deadly virus. It’s also greatly reducing the openings that I will get the disease. I just want to do more as well as be proactive about this entire pandemic rather than simply hiding in my home. While ignoring seeing other people is absolutely not going to happen, I have an idea to get active. When I say active, I really just mean I want to be active in preventing disease. That’s why I took the first step to go out and ensure our health by replacing the Heating plus A/C air filter the other day. I was stunned to find out how horrific indoor air pollen levels as well as their effects to our immune health are. While I realize that breathing polluted air is not healthy, I just feel like I had no system about indoor air pollen levels. The EPA currently says the indoor air can be between 2 to 5 times more contaminated, on average, than the outside air. That was enough information for me. The two of us got rid of the cheap Heating plus A/C air filters as well as we carefully put in HEPA type filters. These will trap about 99 percent of the contaminants that weaken our immune system. I figure, if there has ever been a better time to have a strong immune system, I don’t know when it would be.
