I mean really, who wants to do “arts in addition to crafts” for 8 minutes a day? The food isn’t the best either, but the worst section is absolutely the lack of respected a/c… You’d suppose that a camping facility would have at least some s installed, maybe in the cafeteria or in the recreation rooms, but no! Not a single air conditioning system idea can be found on the campgrounds.
I can’t stand the idea of attending a Summer camp these mornings, and maybe it’s just the environment I grew up in, or that I spent multiple summers working at Summer camps in my town, but I suppose they’re just the worst! I suppose so sorry for the exhausting kids that get stuck here as their parents have to work, because I’m sure they do not like it as much as we do, for starters, the camp counselors in addition to chaperones have no real idea of what makes a Summer camp fun in addition to enjoyable. There’s plenty of furnaces in locale, such as portable space heating systems or infrared heating systems installed in the cafeteria, but no air conditioning system! I wouldn’t suppose that was so odd if not for the fact that we live in the deep south. There hasn’t been a day at this Summer camp that called for heat in the history of its existence, so I have no idea why the furnaces are here. It’s been multiple years since my last stint at that campground, so I’m hoping the owners got in touch with reality in addition to installed some respected s.
