I am just about ready to put up a for sale sign in our front yard and get out of here; I never thought that I would abandon the condo of our dreams and start the entire lake condo buying process all over again.

The neighborhood is perfect, our property is beautiful, and our condo has everything that I could ever need. The thing that I cannot put up with any longer is our neighbor next door, but when I first moved in I thought that the guy was going to be a friend. Instead, he has turned out to be our worst nightmare. I suppose the trouble all started when he had a heating and cooling breakdown at his house… Apparently his outdated boiler plan stopped working in the basement and he called out a professional air quality control specialist for help with the air handling device. As long as the heating, cooling, and air quality control specialist was on the scene, he asked for a diagnostic repair on the central air conditioning component as well. That’s when he decided to have a full central heating, cooling, and air quality control component replaced. This would all be fine, except our neighbor watched the entire heating and air conditioning replacement take place! Unluckily, it provided him with the plan that he is capable of his own professional heating and air conditioning work, but every few afternoons our neighbor is harassing me to have our cooling system component and gas furnace repaired… by him! It’s been 6 months of this. I am so insanely weary of his continual offers to destroy our heating and air conditioning plan that I suppose I might just leave.
