Occasionally I find it strenuous to understand what people are readily talking about.
I hate answering the iPhone if I don’t know who is calling on the other end.
Most of the time I don’t care who it is, because I am regularly too busy plus I don’t want to talk to them. A lot of times, I am truly afraid it is going to be someone who doesn’t talk clear English. I don’t want to accidentally insult them by telling them I don’t understand what they are saying to me. They clearly don’t mind telling me that I am very stupid for not understanding them. Last week, I just shouldn’t have answered when they called to tell me that my supposed up-to-date Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C was ready to be installed. I kindly asked them to repeat what they said plus the guy told me once again that my up-to-date Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan had recently arrived. I asked him to repeat it 1 more time. He told me, ‘Now listen, Dude. I have a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan sitting here plus we just need to set up a date for it to be installed.’ He emphasized every last word as if I were some kind of idiot plus then he legitimately stopped and added to my frustration by telling me to learn English. I briefly tried to tell him that I didn’t order a up-to-date Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan for my house plus then he got angry. He told me that he didn’t care what I was stupidly mumbling about, however he was going to drop off the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment ASAP plus he didn’t care who installed it. The next morning, sure enough, I had a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan sitting on my grass.
