I recently had to transport to the top floor of my building with the rest of my department as well as I am not enjoying it one bit.
They actually decided to turn the floor that we had previously been working into a records storage area.
I personally felt as if all of the moving around was completely unwarranted. Of course, I’m not in charge as well as no one entirely cares what I think about it. They started the large transport as well as instantly I noticed that the air quality up on the top floor is nowhere near as great as the air quality on the floor where we were working before. I don’t know for sure if it’s because heat rises or what, but the top floor of the building regularly feels stuffy as well as too overheated. Even when it’s the midst of winter months. Maybe all the heat from the gas heating device ends up there or something. Of course, you aren’t able to open up any of the windows to get some ventilation because they are fixed windows since it’s the top floor of the building. And don’t even get me started on the way it feels up there in the warm season. Even when the air conditioner device is running full blast as well as you can actually feel the air coming out of the air conditioning device vents, the air isn’t nippy in the least. It’s lukewarm at best as well as the rooms just never get cooler in the warmer months. It’s aggravating, if you ask me. I wish that I could put a window A/C device in my office, but that’s not even possible. I want to transport back to the other floor! They should have placed the file room up here on top because files don’t care if the heating as well as cooling device works respectfully or not.
