One of my preferred things about going to our beach dwelling down south is the key lime pie, plus resting outside on our porch! I got our getaway dwelling a few years ago, plus have been going whenever I get the opportunity.
I have never had a problem of any kind until this year. When I got to the beach dwelling, it was practically 90 degrees inside! I have a smart temperature control unit installed plus an app on my cell phone that is able to turn on the AC appliance with the simple push of a button. Typically I will turn the AC on when I am arriving to the dwelling, so that the place has time to cool down. I did that this year, but the temperature control unit didn’t seem to be working when I got there. I contacted our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C appliance serviceman instantly, because I don’t even know the first thing about fixing an AC appliance or control unit. The Heating, Ventilation plus A/C appliance provider sent out a serviceman in just a few hours plus he was looking at our AC appliance plus ductwork. He said he didn’t discover anything wrong at first glance, so he would have to return the next morning with his partner. When the two Heating, Ventilation plus A/C techs came back the next morning, they told me they would have to go to the local hardware store for a Heating, Ventilation plus A/C appliance part. This all was taking a long while, plus the air quality in our dwelling was entirely poor. I wasn’t glad about the wait, though I was willing to be patient. They installed the part they got the next morning, plus the air conditioner appliance still did not start… After all of that, the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C appliance serviceman suggested they install a modern AC appliance. It took over a month to get the proper size AC unit in stock, so I was separate from a cooling appliance for awhile!
