One of my favorite things about going to my beach property down south is the key lime pie, and resting outside on my porch.

I have never had a complication of any sort until this year! When I got to the beach property, it was almost 90 degrees inside! I have a smart temperature control device installed and an app on my phone that can turn on the AC equipment with the push of a button. Commonly I will turn the AC equipment on when I am arriving, so that the loft has a little time to cool down. I did that this year, but the temperature control device didn’t seem to be working when I arrived. I called my Heating and A/C equipment professional immediately, because I don’t actually know the first thing about fixing an AC device or control unit. The Heating and A/C provider sent out a professional in just a few hours and he was looking at my AC equipment and air duct. He informed me he didn’t find anything wrong at first glance, so he would have to return the next day with his partner. When the numerous Heating and A/C equipment techs came back the next day, they told me they would have to go to the local hardware store for a Heating and A/C equipment part. This all was taking a great deal of time, and the air quality in my property was particularly poor. I wasn’t cheerful about the wait, though I was willing to be patient. They installed the part the very next day, and the a/c equipment still did not start. After all of that, the Heating and A/C equipment professional suggested they install a new AC unit. It took over a week to get the right size AC equipment in stock, so I was separate from cooling equipment for quite some time!
