Doesn’t it annoy you when you get those annoying tele advertising people calling your house? I suppose I do.
I prefer to go ahead ignore the idiots when I can.
The caller ID on our cell phone usually shows myself and others it is them calling. However, I got a call the other month that I did not suppose was going to be one of those sales calls. I went on to answer the call, and it was someone on behalf of a local heating and supplier. I almost hung up on them and told them I do not need any heating and a/c repair service at the time! But, they stopped myself and others before I had chance to hang up and pitched myself and others this very nice sounding Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C plan. The heating and cooling repair plan they offered almost sounded way too great to be true; With these telemarketers, most of the time, the useless junk they are selling you is too great to be true, and is usually some sort of scam. I told the caller to call myself and others back as I wanted to call the local heating and supplier myself to see if this was for a real thing. They were so happy with glee and a smile in their voice said ok. I called the local heating and supplier they were representing on the cellphone call. It caught me off guard that they undoubtedly did hire these telemarketers and that the heating and repair unit was undoubtedly real! When the telemarketer called back, I signed up for it and bought the heating and repair plan! They gave me the best great sales pitch I have heard!
