I can still think back to being in high school, especially when the weather was starting to get hot in addition to always hating having to go to school. Our university district did not get a whole lot of funding in addition to grants from the state because of how small our university was… So because of the lack of funding, we did not have super expensive sports fields, new hallways or a central air conditioning system plan throughout the university, it didn’t start to get hot out until the early part of May. I can remember complaining to our mom about how I did not want to go to university because of how hot it was going to be in there, then the classrooms did not have any central air conditioning unit. Ninety percent of the classrooms would have a window air conditioning system unit however it still wasn’t as effective as having central air conditioning system in my opinion. Central air conditioning system is enjoyable because there are vents in addition to forced air is streaming out of those vents. The forced air is equally balancing the temperature throughout the room. The window air conditioning system units were not all that effective since the temperature in some of the classrooms were not designed very well! Window Air conditioning units are effective for smaller rooms however not for the greater classrooms that they were in. It would take at least almost several sixths for the classroom to get to the perfect temperature that the air conditioning system unit was set to. Now it is almost twenty years after that, the university has finally acquired enough money for a local heating cooling corporation to install a central heating in addition to cooling system. Unfortunately I was not able to experience this air conditioning system but I have high hopes that my sweet children will be able to.
