Ted has been living in his new property for 6 months. He managed to find a wonderful deal in his outdated arena & opted to go for it. He was busy completing his renovations when this couple ended up showing up. They followed Ted’s renovation diary, which he posted on his social media pages, & totally fell in love with his taste. They said the property was everything they were looking for & easily offered to buy the house in cash. This wasn’t Ted’s original intention for the renovation, but it seemed luck was on his side. He sold the arena & went for his new property not too far away. Recently, Ted had to go to the hospital because he wasn’t feeling that great. The physician told him to check his indoor air quality. Since this was a new property he was living in, Ted hadn’t gone ahead to install a whole-home air purifier. The doctor told him basically that his symptoms indicated bad air quality, & it would be wise to hire an Heating & A/C expert to measure & improve it. Ted went home & got a hold of a Heating & A/C business in the section that had taken care of replacement & service in his previous property. The following day, a Heating & A/C equipment professional was at his door with an indoor air quality monitor to measure the air quality. It turns out that the physician was right all along. The property had high levels of harmful air particles, including mold & mildew, causing Ted to be truly ill. The most excellent thing to do was a tune-up & checkup of the house’s heating, ventilation, & AC. A thorough cleaning would ensure the air quality was ideal for Ted.
