The bank across the street has been without air conditioner for a week straight

When they tell you before a hurricane to get enough currency and supplies to last for two to more than two weeks, it’s because of the injure that occurs to the power grid in all of the affected areas.

Obviously you could lose your home, but it’s the indirect effects from just living in the affected area that people often forget about.

The stores could have injure and be forced to remain closed until they can get repairs and update any inventory disfigured by water and moisture. The electricity in some areas during our recent hurricane was out for nearly more than two weeks. I can’t imagine trying to camp in our condo with no water and electricity for a week short of an entire week. I l received recently that the bank across the street from our venue of employment has been without air conditioner for a week straight after the storm blew through the area. They lost the air conditioner on their rooftop due to high winds. Since so numerous of the heating and cooling companies were backed up right after the storm, the bank has yet to get the air conditioner toiling again. When I walked in the other day to make a deposit, it was tepid and humid inside and they had fans running in every direction to keep the warm air moving. Hopefully the bank will get their air conditioner fixed as soon as possible. I can’t imagine trying to work at that bank right now without having access to air conditioner. The temperatures outside right now are in the 76s during the day, making any indoor climates uncomfortable without a cooling plan running.
