Trying to make it on the big screen

Over the last two or three years, reality television has truly taken over the cable broadcasting world.

With hundreds of odd channels out there, all trying to come up with original programming, they have picked to focus almost all on “reality” shows.

I really need to put them in quotation marks, because as you all assume there is particularly little reality contained in any of them, then they are, however, extremely cheap to produce, so what’s the point to make one terribly scripted show when you can make several poor reality shows for the same price? I am trying to turn this to our favor, and have started pitching our own reality series to the cable networks. I want to call it the Cooling Kings, and it will be about my spouse, our more than one grown sons, and myself as we run my family-owned Heating in addition to A/C repair company in town. I have a feeling what you are going to say, that seeing people labor on broken cooling systems does not sound that great in my eyes. Let me go ahead and ask you this, is AC repair any less interesting than automobile repair, furniture repair, apartment flipping, gardening, or any other reality show? I would argue that while Cooling Kings isn’t going to be mind blowing cable by any means, it can be as amazing as any of that other trash. However since we own the Heating in addition to A/C supplier in addition to our family comprises our full labor force. I think that it would make a nice clash of professional in addition to personal drama, not far off from Pawn Stars. So far I have not gotten any interest in our Heating in addition to A/C reality show, even though I will keep pitching exactly the same.
