For a long while now, reality television has really exploded on cable broadcasting. With so much variety of channels out on the web, all trying to come up with original programming, they all seem to focus almost all on “reality” shows. I have to put them in quotation marks, because as you all love that there is undoubtedly little reality that is actually happen in them. They are, but dirt cheap to produce, so why make 1 bad scripted show when you can make fifteen stupid reality shows that are also low cost? I am trying to turn this to our favor, plus have started pitching our own reality series to the cable networks. I think it would be smart to call it the Cooling Kings, and it will be about my lovely wife, my more two young daughters plus me and how we run our Heating and Air Conditioning repair business. I can already tell what you are going to say, that searching all around for people work on broken cooling systems does not sound that exciting, let me ask you this, is AC repair any less interesting than car repair, furniture repair, home flipping, gardening, or any other reality show? I would like to say that while Cooling Kings isn’t going to be groundcutting TV by any means possible, it can be as nice as any of that other trash, however since all of us own the Heating plus Air Conditioning company and my family comprises our full job force, it would make a nice clash of professional and personal drama, not far off from Pawn Stars. During this time frame I have not gotten any interest in my Heating and Air Conditioning reality show, even though I will keep trying to get it picked up.
