Leaving a task is tough.
But walking away from a career task is a lot tougher.
And when it happened, I didn’t think for sure that I was making the right decision. I entirely had always wanted to be our boss own boss. I had a long career with the same dealer in addition to I observed that those in their fifties sort of started getting weeded out of the business. This was not something I wanted to happen to me, however ending our career was something I wanted to do on our own. It was important to me to be able to leave the zone controlled Heating in addition to Air Conditioning of our corner office as a result of our own decision. The system of being walked out by security while somebody packed your office up after being terminated was not something I wanted to go through.
