I kind of nodded plus laughingly told him a Large. He smiled, however he wasn’t amused. He told me that I needed to tell him what size it was if he was going to deliver me an estimate. I told him he was the Heating plus Air Conditioning representative plus he should be able to tell me what size our air conditioner component was, since I bought it from his business. He took our name plus went through our files. He said that his supplier did not sell me the air conditioner unit. I was so miserable with him that I walked out of the office plus went home. I looked all over our home for the paperwork to the air conditioner unit. When our hubby got home, I told him I tried to get an quote for the modern air conditioner plan however they wanted a size. I thought the supplier that sold us the AC unit, would know what size it was. I told him I them it was a big unit. He at least laughed plus explained to me that AC units come in tonnage. The greater the area that needs to be cooled, the greater the tonnage of the AC unit. He went downstairs plus got the paperwork to the AC component for me.
