My old neighbor and their family had all been looking forward to coming to visit us where we live now days and hiking while enjoying being outside in the sunshine.

The weather here can become ridiculously over hot at any time of the year. They did not expect the massive heat wave every one of us had when they arrived. The only thing my outdoor loving old neighbor as well as her family wanted to do was be in the air conditioner as well as the colder, the better. My air conditioner in my place ran non-stop plus it still wasn’t keeping the condo cool enough for my old neighbor plus her family. I was used to the terrible heat, so it didn’t bother me that much, however my old neighbor was dripping sweat, but her husband was so hot he was getting headaches pretty bad. I have a spare window air conditioner in the home that I keep for emergencies and I set it up my friend’s room, and she kept the window air conditioner running full-blast that whole visit they were here with us. She plus her family barely left the room with the icy cold air conditioner at all that trip. The a single time during their visit, I talked them into going to a eating establishment in town with me, the eating establishment’s air conditioner was broken. The place had their front doors open plus fans on, however it was too hot to even step inside. Every one of us ended up getting take-out plus my old neighbor as well as her family ate it in their cool air-conditioned room.
