He’s an HVAC technician who is always prompt, polite and willing to explain any problems you might be having with your furnace, air conditioner, thermostat, whatever! He’s a heating and air conditioning expert who really knows his stuff. I’ve seen him save people a lot of money on HVAC replacement just by checking the air conditioner or furnace and giving them a tune-up! He never tries to overcharge either. What I really respect about Jim as an a/c and heating specialist is that he always goes for the simplest solution first. He doesn’t try to overblow a heating or cooling problem out of proportion just to scare the customer into buying more. No, he is always honest and sincere in his HVAC assessments and only recommends HVAC replacements when they’re absolutely necessary- or cheaper than the cost of repairing the HVAC system. He’s an air conditioning professional who can fix just about any problem you’re having with your HVAC system in a matter of a few hours and he always cleans up his mess. Several of Jim’s reviews mention that the cleanup job he does after he’s finished working on the HVAC system is superb and seems like he was never even there! I’m glad to have a friend- and HVAC professional- like Jim. He’s simply the best!
