My sweet and wonderful boyfriend rented a cottage for the weekend. It was a huge surprise, and he even placed rose petals on the bed. Everything was planned for the perfect romantic evening, until I got my period. I felt really bad, because my boyfriend planned such a special weekend. Instead of feeling happy and energetic, I was fatigued, tired, and miserable. I must admit that I wasn’t too much fun. My boyfriend went to town and bought my favorite foods, like pizza, ice cream, and chocolate chip cookies. When he came back to the cottage, he started a fire in the fireplace. He made a bed on the couch, and we sat in front of the fireplace and watched a movie. My boyfriend picked up Deadpool from the redbox, which my current favorite movie. Even though I felt horrible, the fireplace still made the evening feel romantic. My boyfriend tried really hard to make me happy, when I was feeling really blue. I think I fell in love that weekend, after he showed me how loving, kind, and caring he can be. I thought the weekend would be ruined, but the experience was worth a million dollars.
