Getting some help with fitness coaching

I’m really thankful that I took a chance on fitness coaching

Getting in shape and maintaining a healthy lifestyle has never entirely been easy for me. It’s because of my lack of motivation. I come up with all sorts of excuses not to head to the gym. I admit that I’m lazy more than anything else. To be honest, I’d rather sit on the couch and play video games or watch a movie then elevate my heart rate at the local gym. I know the lack of determination isn’t the whole reason I find it a challenge to get myself to the fitness center on a regular basis. Part of my problem is that I just don’t fully know what I’m doing as far as types of exercise and the equipment. I don’t have a set workout program or any type of plan to achieve my goals. So, I usually end up getting on a stationary bike or treadmill and spend the whole session doing that. I sometimes try some weight lifting machines. I’ll often let myself relax in the steam room. My ignorance has made me less and less inclined to attend the local gym. When I signed up for a new year of gym membership, I decided to approach things a bit differently this time. Instead of repeating the frustrating cycle that ends up with me giving up on my health and well as wellness goals, I adjusted my tactics. This time, I checked in the fitness coaching opportunities that are available. I wanted to train with certified fitness experts to design a customized, beneficial workout program. The results have been better than I expected. Not only am I achieving my health and wellness goals, I am discovering new options such as cross fit and yoga. I’m really thankful that I took a chance on fitness coaching. It was the help I have always needed.
