Being new to an area is an experience that I’ve grown used to.

I don’t particularly appreciate living in one place for too long.

Perhaps I will settle down one day, but I love my nomad life for now. I’m only 28 years old and have lived in 8 different areas locally and abroad. This all started on a dare during my college days. My roommate was going to study abroad for a semester and dared me to follow, and that was the best decision ever. I’ve only been in my current home for a month, and the other day I had an HVAC issue. I was working, as usual, doing freelance gigs and noticed the heating system wasn’t working efficiently. The house felt chilly, and the temperature kept dropping with each passing hour. It seemed something about the heating system was causing it to blow cool air into the house. Since I’m new to this area, I had no idea which heating and AC company to contact. So, I searched for the best companies in the area. The first one from the search results was the one I clicked on. This heating and AC business wasn’t too far away from my house and seemed to have good reviews. Instead of calling them, I scheduled an appointment online, and someone got back to me within 5 minutes which was quite impressive. After confirming my details, the voice on the phone assured me it would only be an hour’s wait. At exactly 50 minutes after the call, an HVAC repair van pulled up on my driveway, and this guy was there to fix my heating.
