He was working on completing his renovations when this couple showed up… They followed Toby’s renovation diary, which he posted on his social pages, and really enjoyed his taste. They said the residence was everything they were looking for and offered to buy the residence in cash. This wasn’t Toby’s actual intention for the renovation, but it seemed advantage was on his side. He sold the residence and went for his up-to-date residence not too far away. Just this past week, Toby had to go to the hospital because he wasn’t actually feeling well. The physician told him to check his air quality levels. Since this was a new residence, Toby hadn’t gone ahead to install a powerful air cleaner. The healthcare worker told him his symptoms indicated bad air quality, and it would be great for him to hire a Heating and A/C expert to measure and improve it. Toby went to call a Heating and A/C supplier in the section that had taken care of replacement and repair in his previous residence. The following morning, a Heating and A/C machine professional was at his door with an indoor air quality level monitor to measure the air quality. It turns out that the physician was totally right. The residence had high levels of dangerous air particles, including mold and mildew, causing Toby to feel very sick. The best thing to do was a complete tune-up and checkup of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioner machine. A thorough cleaning would ensure the air quality was excellent for Toby.
