Keeping the knees strong is one of my objectives

I was saying how my knees have a bunch of mileage on them.

I do yoga every single day as well as have been for the past 11 years now as well as it has proven to be one of the finest things for my body. I can bend over for hours working on air ducts or air handlers with no trouble as well as no pain afterwards.
