I don’t plan on letting my knees grow weak

I do yoga every single day plus have been for the past 11 years now plus it has proven to be one of the most amazing things for my body

I was saying how my knees genuinely have a lot of mileage on them. I was a former skydiver, long distance cycler, plus beach volleyball player for approximately 30 years, so it goes separate from saying that my knees have taken some wear and tear. After all of this though I am still able to carry a heavy mini split a/c machine up many flights of stairs separate from any issues with my knees. I recognize keeping the legs especially strong is key to keeping the knees healthy. Lately I’ve been working a huge amount at the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine corporation as it is now the middle of warm season plus absolutely warm outside. I did 179 skydives plus a handful of them were truly tough landings causing concussions, sprained ankles, plus sore knees. So carrying something essentially like a portable AC machine up many flights of stairs is definitely amazing after everything my body has been through. I need to keep working out plus doing yoga because it has been working particularly well to preserve my body plus slow down the hands of time. I will have to carry some radiant heating machines plus maybe even some large bulky commercial heat pumps up stairs in the nippy season so I need to keep these knees in fantastic shape. I do yoga every single day plus have been for the past 11 years now plus it has proven to be one of the most amazing things for my body. I can bend over for hours working on HVAC duct or air handlers with no real issue plus no pain afterwards.
