I have the option, no let me rephrase that, I have the luxury of deciding which of my passions I will do tonight. two on two beach volleyball with some really good players, or drumming and singing with some amazing musicians. That is really something special that I need to appreciate, having two cool passions to do when I want. I do have to work for my HVAC company writing about HVAC units and hydronic heating systems, but I am done with that by 5pm latest. My knees are a bit sore from playing last night so I am leaning towards music but maybe it is possible to do a little bit of each. I also need to remember I have to change my HEPA filter later but that will be easy. So, I could play ball from 6:30pm to 8:30pm and rest for half an hour in the sea, then I could start playing my drum and singing with my friends on the paseo by the beach. The other two are; having what you need and helping other people. I think those are three really good things to help you move towards happiness and I am trying to do them all each day. I just helped an old man with his broken down furnace for free the other day and that made me feel so much better afterwards I can’t explain.
