Working in dude dominated industry

A few years ago when the me-too movement came out I suppose love it was a major cultural change for all the people, people easily had to acknowledge that there were & justice has towards ladies in this current morning & age, even in highly regulated workplaces.

I thought this was extremely important information to share & to spread of public education about this important issue.

I also know that there are many Industries which need a complete overhaul, because there is such a gender discrepancy. Personally, I have worked in several extremely male-dominated Industries, & I can tell you that they are difficult arenas to be, and a few years ago, I graduated from Heating, Ventilation & A/C school at our local trade College. I attended heating, ventilation, & air conditioner courses along with all the people else, I took all of the same tests installing & repairing Advanced air handling appliances, & I graduated at the top of our class. Still, when I was searching for a job I had a difficult time finding a ventilation supplier who would hire me. It was extremely baffling at first & I could not understand what was wrong with our credentials from the accredited Heating, Ventilation & A/C program. I was at a loss, until one of them evidently told me that it was due to our gender. Apparently, they had a difficult time maintaining female employees around the ventilation dealership because of the men routinely made them uncomfortable. I inquired why the Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialists were allowed to make their coworkers suppose strange, to which the hiring manager corrected me. It wasn’t the other Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialists who harassed them, it was the Heating, Ventilation & A/C purchasers.
