Wanted tall trees in yard, didn’t consider AC failures

Whenever I am envisioning our current home, I think of a quaint little bungalow set back from the road with a winding driveway; There are cherry bushes in the front yard and an adorable little porch to sit on, most of all, there are tall, towering trees surrounding the entire property.

The trees supply amazing shade from the warm overhead Sun and tons of privacy from all of the neighbors, however when I envision the backyard, it is a thick and lush wall of tall, emerald green trees.

The entire thing sounds so relaxing, secure, and gorgeous to me. The only concern is, while in all of this daydreaming and planning, I never stopped and considered the drawback of having amazing trees all around your house, however for starters, you run the risk of falling branches damaging your home… You can anticipate the roof and sides of your house will take a beating while in huge storms anywhere down the road! Secondly, you really do not consider the additional damage that can be done to your air conditioning plan by falling limbs! All it takes is a single sturdy branch to completely demolish your outdoor cooling system; Even though these cooling systems apapple fortuitous and strong, they are no match for a heavy wooden branch crushing them. Finally, even if there is no immediate damage to your property, while in windy nights you will really lose power and air temperature control. Branches around houses have a tendency to knock down power lines and bring their residents back to the dark ages, and i wish I had known about all of these risks before I bought our wooded house and started living with so many air conditioning failures.
