A few weeks ago my husband and I took on the task of buying an outdated abandoned lake house in the hopes of fixing it up and flipping it, the people I was with and I have consistently been the category of couple that loves working on projects while I was in our free time and now that both of us don’t have any more youngsters residing in our lake house both of us thought this lake house remodeling project would be a good way to keep us occupied.
- While the majority of our friends and family thought that both of us were going to be way over our heads, however to our amazement both of us have entirely been making good progress over the past few weeks… Sure there have been some missteps while I was in this process, however that is something that you should expect when trying something modern and challenging like this… One of the most important things both of us decided to take on at the start was replacing the Heating and A/C plan plus the entire ductwork system… My husband has a strong background in Heating and A/C maintenance thanks to his father which helped us save many thoUSAnd dollars on the replacement project when factoring in labor costs and equipment.
As soon as both of us had a modern Heating and A/C plan going all of the other projects around the lake house both of us took on seemed to be simple compared to all that both of us had to do when replacing the Heating and A/C system. In only a few more weeks both of us are expecting to be able to finally put the lake house on the market and make some real currency. I recognize both of us still have a long way to go, however both of us are without a doubt on the right track!
