I have been told, quite often actually, that I tend to be a bit… off in a world of my own making.
There is actually a fight that can be made there, and I would lose. However, I assume it’s more a mix of being a bit goofy as a human as well as absolutely forgetful. I tend to get super focused throughout the day on just a handful of things as well as the rest of reality has a tendency to easily sweep right by. It can be funny like when I wear two different color socks. However, I am always responsible for all things Heating plus A/C in this apartment so I know I can’t fail at that. The two of us live in a region where the Heating plus A/C system is just fundamental to life. Our winters are frigid as well as the annual summers are equally hot. There absolutely isn’t a great deal of fall or Spring weather to buffer the two extremes. So, the Heating plus A/C has to consistently be in top form or the people I was with and I will suffer as a result. It’s just so damn hard for me to remember to do just a few simple things that are so vitally important to the continual well being of our Heating plus A/C. First, I just have to get more consistent with swapping out the Heating plus A/C air filters in the systems. The goal is to change it once per month. This frequency allows for the Heating plus A/C to be getting the correct amount of flowing air that it needs. The other thing I have to do is to always schedule the Heating plus A/C service. They will take care of the rest.
