Ever since my air conditioner went out last week, I have been forced to use some old fans that had been lying around my house. While the fans without a doubt do their job, it isn’t the same as having a cooling unit to provide me with a constant supply of cold air. It just seems strange now to look up at my air vent and feel nothing coming out of there. Now, under normal circumstances I would just call out a heating and cooling professional from one of the local HVAC companies. The cooling specialist could come out and repair my broken air conditioner. However due to the costs of things around, I have yet to be able to afford it. So sticking with the fans it is for me, while I do what I can to save up to have my mini split air conditioner repaired. I have several large box fans, one for each room. It keeps the air moving in the house so it isn’t so heated all the time. At last after enduring three weeks without a/c, I was able to have my cooling machine serviced. The heating and a/c business near me was having a sale on some of their HVAC products and services and I was lucky enough to be able to get an appointment. I had to wait a week before an actual HVAC technician came out to repair my air conditioner. When the a/c repairman came out here, I was surprised with how quickly the job was done. After only an hour my air conditioning unit had been serviced and was working again. It felt so wonderful to have the cool air in the home again. Now I guess it is time for me to haul all the fans back up into the attic.
