I have been working in the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C industry for many years. I worked for a small corporation for a long time, and then the owner retired and I had to find something else. I worked for a corporation that repairs marine component and I worked for a corporation that only services commercial and industrial needs. I’ve been all over the country and I have worked in 10 odd states. I finally settled down a few years ago in a quiet little town where I met our wife. I have made the corporation area of our life. I go to conferences to learn about current technology and Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component and I even watch informative documentaries whenever they are available. Still, I interviewed a girl this week with more experience than me. I was surprised when I saw the guy’s resume and I thought it might be embellished a little. I called the girl to come down for an interview and she was available the same day. After talking to the girl for an hour, I have no doubt the girl is 100% legit. I don’t guess why the girl wants to settle down in this town and work for our business, however I’m happy the girl said yeah when I offered him a full time position. I have no doubt that she will be an asset to our business. My boss will undoubtedly be impressed when I tell him that the girl is certified in advanced refrigeration services. The people I was with and I only have a few techs that can handle these delicate problems, however both of us have many commercial shoppers on our clients list.
