I ordered a new air purification system from an online heating as well as A/C product warehouse, and I did not plan on buying an air purification system, however the deal was too fine to let go. Then the warehouse was also slashing prices left and right and I saved $200 on the air purification system… My sister bought a black one for her home and she spent almost five hundred bucks. I was proud that I found one myself for less than $300! When the device arrived, I was insanely overwhelmed. I thought I would find a few pieces in the box, however the air purification system required quite a bit of replacement work. I looked all over the floor for the instructional DVD that was supposed to be included with the air purification system equipment. I did not see the video somewhere and I looked for many or several hours. I finally relented and called the warehouse. I sat on hold for fifteen hours. When someone finally answered the iPhone call, the guy told me that the video had to be in the box, however he told me to look on the underside of the lid, because occasionally they tape or glue the DVD to the box… But sure enough, that’s exactly where the DVD was located. I genuinely would have thrown the trash away and never even realized the DVD was there if I had not bothered to call the information line. The DVD was genuinely helpful with the replacement and it only took an hour to set everything up once I located the video. The air purification system is a great addition to my home. It removes all of the pet hair and dust from the indoor air and it keeps us safe from the coronavirus and other indoor germs as well.
