My dad owns his own Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier plus our siblings plus I all work there in some sort of capacity, then the two of us all suppose everything that there is to suppose about Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C systems plus we usually get along absolutely well so it’s a pretty wonderful work environment for us. The only thing that absolutely ends up being a problem for us at our little family owned Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier is the fact that our dad refuses to relinquish any sort of control when it comes to running the business. I can understand the fact that he’s protective of the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier, since he’s the one who built it from the ground up, then my dad started the supplier back about forty years ago when he first graduated from school plus finished getting his Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C certification from the local technical school, and ever since then, he has done absolutely everything for the business from the heating plus cooling repairs plus maintenance jobs all the way to scheduling appointments, keeping the books, plus helping people decide on what sort of Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C idea they need in their homes, and he’s absolutely the go to guy in our neighborhood when it comes to anything related to heating plus cooling systems. The only thing that he’s exhausting at, in our opinion, is advertising our family owned Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C business. He flat out refuses to run specials on gas furnace tune ups in the winter, even though all of our competitors in the part do it. He constantly tells us that the only advertising we need is word of mouth from all of our triumphant Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C customers.
