Grandma's aging air conditioner had major condensate drainage concerns

My Grandma was the best. She’d raised several youngsters on her own plus still lived a full life… Despite getting on with age, she refused to go to a nursing home or transport near our house. She insisted she wanted to live in her home because she was strong enough to do so. All her youngsters eventually let the matter drop plus tried to drop by often to check on her. She enjoyed seeing her grandchildren plus always had baked treats ready for all of us, and last summer time the two of us made the decision to go to stay with her for a couple of weeks. She was blissful to see us plus informed mum of a concern she was facing. Her A/C wasn’t cooling the loft care about it used to. She was right because the place was slightly tepid plus humid. Mom did some research plus found the contacts on an HVAC company in town. After a brief cellphone call, an HVAC professional came to my Grandma’s site… Every one of us heard the A/C van pull up plus went to greet them at the door! Grandma showed her where the central heating plus cooling unit was in the house. She opened it up plus began her inspection. Finally, she got to the bottom of the matter. There was significant air conditioner condensate blockage. In addition, the drain pipes were full of mold since no 1 had cleaned out the air conditioning method in a long time. It took some time to clean out the A/C drainage pipes. Also, the A/C mechanic removed the air filter plus washed it clean. Every one of us were all ecstatic when she completed the task, plus the aircon was blowing out ample freezing air once more. The aircon expert suggested Grandma to call the HVAC service twice a year for usual A/C repair. That way, she could avoid any concerns when she needed the cooling unit.
